4.5⭐️ I really liked this book. It’s definitely a hallmark romance novel, but don't let that fool you. The meat of the story makes it more than a basic romance novel.

3.5⭐️ If you’re familiar with The Nutcracker then you’ve been introduced to Clara, Fritz, and Drosselmeyer. But did you know that Clara has a twin sister named Natasha? Well, in this story she does. The Kingdom of Sweets a unique take on The Nutcracker that is hauntingly creative.

4.8⭐️ Ashton Lattimore does an excellent job shedding light on the Black community’s contributions to the abolitionist movement in this beautiful novel about three Black women fighting for freedom.

4.5⭐️ This is one of the best thrillers I’ve read in a while. It’s fast paced, action packed, and suspenseful with twists I didn’t see coming! See if First Lie Wins should be your next read!

3.5⭐️ This Spells Love is a quirky rom-com about a girl who finds herself in an alternate universe and needs to kiss her best friend to go back. The book is creative, salacious, and a very quick read. See if this book is one you should add to your TBR pile!

4.1⭐️ The Fury is a twisted tale about murder on a remote Greek island told by an extremely unreliable narrator. While I recommend this book, I advise reading The Silent Patient before reading The Fury.

4.8⭐️ The sequel to It Ends With Us pretty much starts where its predecessor ended and it's almost just as good! Lily, a newly divorced mother, runs into her first love, Atlas, in the streets of Boston and heals by reconnecting with him.
